OK. I reached the point of being mentally aware of eating healthy and losing weight. But what advice weight loss motivation realistic could use daily to stay on track?

One thing I've learned in 56 years on this planet, is that most people will only make a change in their habits when the pain of making the change is less than the load to continue the habit and product. However, everyone has a different pain threshold and tricks to ignore or justify the pain, at least to some extent. If the habit is bad, it means that from early otherwise make some changes.
